After you have installed JBehave, you have to configure and enable the plugin under Plugin Manager.
JBehave is actually straightforward
- Just enter your desired Mask (default is ***}
- Enter or Add words to censor/filter separated by commas.
- Enter or Add words to exclude
- That's it.
Yes, in the Download section, you can find updated lists of censored/exclusion words which you can just copy and paste to your JBehave plugin.
First of all, thank you, if you have a list please email it to
in text (.txt) format.
JBehave works by parsing Joomla content and replacing instances of words to censor to the content with the mask before outputting to the browser. Take note that JBehave replaces words within words, that is why you need to specify exclude words, such as pass and title.
However, JBehave does not replace the original document, so the Administrator can review whatever the author wrote at the back-end.
Somehow, JBehave is interfering with the J!1.5 System page breaks, do not fret, just rearrange the System Pagebreak currently to be the last and move it before JBehave. Joomla calls this plugins one at a time according to the set sequence.
1. Make sure to enable both plugins.
2. In yvComment, make sure that 'Execute Content plugins' is set to yes.
Adding words is very straightforward, just add them to the censored words and exclude words separated by commas.
At the moment, there is no automatic way to add to the word list, but, you may download updated word lists from time to time and add it to your JBehave install.
